Returns & Exchanges
At Virgin Hair & Beauty, we strive for complete satisfaction with your luxury extensions; however, if you are not entirely happy, we offer a 14-day return or exchange policy on all unopened and unused products. Due to hygiene regulations, hair extensions must be returned in their original, sealed packaging with all security ties intact.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer support team via email within 14 days of receiving your order to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the return shipping address.
- 2.Inspect Your Product
Ensure the hair extensions have not been worn, brushed, or removed from the gold security ties, as any tampered products will be ineligible for a refund due to health and safety standards.
- 3.Package and Ship
Securely pack the items in their original packaging, clearly mark your RMA number on the outside of the parcel, and ship it back to us using a tracked and insured delivery service.
- 4.Processing and Refund
Once our quality control team inspects and approves your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
